At Ebooine, we are committed to providing you with fast, reliable, and hassle-free shipping. We fulfill and ship all orders directly from our local U.S. warehouses to ensure your products arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/U.S. federal holidays, will be processed the next business day. Note: During peak promotional seasons, shipments may experience a slight delay. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you promptly via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time) We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Orders $30.00 and up): Free | 2 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday)

Standard Shipping (Orders $29.99 and under): $5.99 Flat Rate | 2 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday)
Important Note Regarding Battery Products: Due to federal shipping regulations regarding products containing lithium-ion batteries (such as our cordless power tools), these items are restricted to Ground Shipping and cannot be expedited via air transport.
3. Shipping Destinations

Our shipping currently covers the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Exclusions: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can track your package anytime using the link provided in the email or by visiting the official website of our carrier partners (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
5. Taxes For U.S. domestic orders, applicable state sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current local tax laws.
6. Damages & Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your package or item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at smei@szebony.com.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days. We will assist you in filing a claim and initiating an investigation with the carrier.
